We booked flat in Godrej Aqua Bangalore project by paying 5%.
During the booking the sales team had commited that GST was scheduled to be reduced to 5% and accordingly the new cost sheet will be provided to us after 1st April.
Later the second payment reminder came from . But we enquired why we should pay considering 12% GST and not 5%.
Godrej assistant Manager Ms. Manjula, replied back she will get back to us, in mean while we should pay the rest 7%. But we asked her to clarify our query before we proceed.
But till date no one is responding- we have roped in the sales relationship who told us about the 5% GST, the customer support but no one is replying about the way forward : [email protected],

Highly unprofessional behaviour, no help at all from the Company. This is how they trap customer.

I am in a fix as I dont know what is happening, when to pay and how much to pay. No information from Godrej.
