Hi Team,

I had booked a token amount of 1 lakh for priority booking in Godrej Elements Hinjewadi Pune project. However, I requested for a cancellation on June 23rd and opted for a refund as I had other plans.

I was told that I would get the refund within 15 days before buying the token. After I decided to not go ahead and asked for a refund I was told I would get the refund in 45 days. It’s been almost 50 days now and no signs of refund.

Godrej is supposed to be a trusted brand but the manner in which sales reps are fooling the buyers in committing early refund dates while buying tokens that they do not adhere to is very disappointing.
I would think twice and also advise others to think twice before buying tokens as my 1 lakh is stuck now and no one cares to respond to my emails.
Request you to arrange for a refund asap as I have followed up multiple times to get back my own money.
