I’m writing to complain about Godrej Emerald Waters Pimpri and request a 1 lakh rupee token refund.
I paid Tanya Wadhwani, the sales agent, a token payment of one lakh rupees on September 2, 2023 to reserve a flat.
Later, on September 17, 2023, it was disclosed that the person was no longer interested in the project and would not be able to attend. As a result, the listing was canceled, and the refunding process was started.
To share the information, she has given her email address, tanya.
The salesperson received the information as requested, but she didn’t say whether the process had begun or whether she had forwarded the request to the appropriate department for processing.
She didn’t answer my calls or even my WhatsApp messages, nor did she give me the information for the website to contact.
