I booked 1bhk in Godrej Riviera, Kalyan. They took 5% of sale cost as booking chgs. They proposed me a customized plan before taking the deal. But as soon I booked the flat, they refused the offered inance plan. And so I was not able to go ahead with the loan of flat. Now they have forfeited the full amount of my booking which is 178250/-. I am tired of complaining and reporting this issue with consumer helpline and RM of Godrej but no one is helping. Please help me to get my amount back. I really need the refund.
