I had booked a 2 bhk flat by paying token amount of 50, 000 on 15th june 2019 to godrej 24 as i was told by the salesperson avinash vatti (Mailid – avinash. [protected]@godrejproperties.com) that the amount will be refunded if i cancel my booking in a week. However, due to some personal problems, i decided to cancel my booking on 21st june 2019. When i informed the salesperson, he asked me to mail him a cancelled cheque of my bank account and so i did. The amount hasn’t been credited to my account even after a month. I have been sending mails to the salesperson about my cancellation status, but there is no response from his side.

I didn’t expect such response from a reputed brand like godrej. Please resolve the issue asap or else i will be forced to go to consumer court.
