I have booked flat in Godrej woodland plot no GDWL1A0262 on 13-March-2021 by paying Rs. 450, 000 as token amount. Cancelled the booking 1st June 2021. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder.
Due to family reasons cancelled the booking.
when I contacted Godrej woodland properties to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from Godrej and entire amount (4 lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.
Please assist to get refund of booking amount.
