I had booked a flat in godrej seven, joka in tower c 4th floor, 405 in september 2019, made an advance of rs.5 lakhs approximately but didn’t enter into agreement for sale due to personal problems. Thereafter i was informed by my sales executive mr. Sandip giri that no cancellation charges shall be deducted and i shall be refunded the entire amount paid. Its been nearly 3 months from 19th november, 2019 that i have not received any update from godrej or this sales person and no sign of refund yet. Whenever i contact godrej they ask me to talk to the sales person and when i contact the sales person all he tells me to do is wait as he has no update from godrej although he works directly in godrej. I have written several mails and several calls but all seem to go in vain. Request to be contacted and informed about the status of my refund at earliest.
