Dear godrej,

It’s really disheartening to write this email given how big legacy your company has.
I booked a flat in godrej24 in august as part of the prelaunch offer. Since i liked the property, i referred my brother and a friend and both of them booked.
My friend went ahead and paid 2 installments just like me.
My brother paid the 1st installment (Including the booking amount of 1 lakh). Unfortunately/sadly, my brother who is a doctor himself was diagnosed with a serious disease, so he decided to cancel the booking.
Even the sale deed didn’t happen. He requested a refund by providing all medical test documents and certificates. Your office decided to cancel and refund the amount by deducting 1lakh.
I am shocked to see this kind of response from a big company like yours. The entire process took a little more than 3 months.

I would request you to review and refund the remaining 1 lakh. Please note that i am still a customer along with my friend.
