I booked a flat in godrej properties before the coronavirus hit. I had paid around 2 lakhs for which I likewise have receipts. Because of the changed conditions, I need a refund and a wiping out of the booking. I was informed that there was nothing official till we really enrolled our understanding. We have not yet done as such, yet I was informed that there was no refund strategy.
