A flat was booked by me in godrej properties gfg pune gfg a1 1308. I had paid about 4.25 lakhs for which I likewise have receipts. Because of the current conditions, I have dropped my unit. I was informed that there was nothing official till we really enlisted our understanding. We have not done any understanding yet, yet I was informed that there will no refund policy.
