I sent an email to Shubham from the Sales & Marketing team and spoke with Godrej salesperson Nirty about the refund of the booking amount that he had promised.
I still haven’t received an email acknowledgement from them or a call back from Nirty.
I would appreciate some help with the Rs. 50,000 refund.
