I had expressed an interest in Godrej Nest propery in Kandivali during a Square Yards expo. Later, I had applied for my EOI refund and sent all the documents to Mohit Jolly (Godrej Sales manager), on Nov 1, 2019. I was told that I would be getting the refund in maximum of 45 working days since date of refund application. It has been now close to 3 months but I haven’t received it yet. I have been in constant touch with Mohit about the same. He has been mentioning since past 15-20 days that we would receive the amount in few days. Since last week, he said that the transfer is done from Godrej and amount will reflect in my account. But I have not yet received any such amount in my bank account.
