I had booked a token amount of 1 lakh for priority booking in godrej elements hinjewadi pune project. However, i requested for a cancellation on june 23rd and request for refund multiple time & sent mails & tried calling sales reps, but not yet received any response.

I invested considering godrej as trusted brand, but the way they are following the processes is very disappointing.

I request you to help resolve the issues as soon as possible.
