I have been scammed by these wolfs. I have my $1700 withdrawal pending on their website for past 6 months. I tried to contact them but all I got in response was “Soon your withdrawal will be completed” every time I raised a ticket. They kept on replying the same lies every time but for past 3 months I have got no replies from their side. I even sent them a ticket threatening them that I will commit suicide if they will not withdraw my money within 2 days still no reply. Due to this hold up on my withdrawal my small business got shut down. I even begged them for my money and even insulted their company CEO saying that they are a thief and have no honour still no reply from their end. Still I say may GOD bless Rick Day and save his soul as he ruined many people’s lives.
They are not in a position to give back $1700 for past 6 months and still Day’s said on Coindesk interview “They [the issues] are as not as big as they appear from the outside … one of the biggest issues that we have with delays is banking relationships.”
