I am sameer kalkot from nasik maharashtra. I was in need of instant loan so i surched on google and came through GOWANI FINANCE.i applied on there portal and next day i recived a call from there execative mr gaurav kumar his mobile no is +[Protected]. First he talked with me very politely and explained me everything thing very properly.then he told me to send me the document like pancard adharcard bank statement IT returns address proof and one photo.i send him all the documents on whats app and within few hours i again got call from mr gaurav kumar telling me that ur loan for 4 lacs has been approved and you will get sanction letter in couple of hours and within few mins i got my sanction letter.in that sanction letter they asked me to pay 3500/- as processing fees and after payment i will get my loan in my bank account.
I thought its a fraud and i checked there review on google and i came to know that they are fraud. Then from next day mr gaurav kumar started calling me for processing fees which was mentioned on the approval letter and i told him that i dont want to make any payment and i dont need any loan from you.
After that he started abusing me giving me bad words on my mother sister wife father he abused me very much.
This is my humble request to RBI that plz look into this complaint and save people from fraud.

Hi, I’m one more on the list of fraud victims of Gowani Finance Limited. They have excelled both in mastering the fraud game and building up a successful nexus with the local police.
Their website looks impressive and their documentation process looks very real. Behind these lurk a set of corrupt criminal minds.
I only hope some day justice prevails and these guys Gaurav Kumar (7042915401) and Kapil Sharma (9548872878) land up behind bars.

I was trying to get a loan for business start up i got gowani finance I applied on website then i got a call from gaurav kumar and he explained me the process and told to send my documents after i send all my documents next day i got a call from him said to pay 3500 as registration fee
After that he call me next day sended me approval letter in that it was mentioned that on loan amount of 18,90,500 you need to pay for stamp and duty charges 10,500 which is only for security reason after that i saw reviews i got a good review then i transfered 10,500 after that again i tried of calling him he said today time is over tomorrow you will get amount credited in your account tomorrow morning I received a call from gaurav kumar said i have sended you the utr number of your 18.8lakhs tranfer after that i called him back and said it is not credited he told you will get in next 45-60 mins it is an rtgs transfer after that i called him 25-30 times their was no response than in evening i got a call from kapil saying I’m from gowani finance their is 2% MOU chargers on loan amount you need to pay first then because your rtgs is on hold by company i cleared and said you can’t hold any rtgs so he said we can then mr gaurav kumar called me and explained more than 10times after that they said you transfer the amount of 37,600 and be on a call for 10 mins your amount will be credited in pressure I transferred the amount after that they switched of they phones .
Please don’t trust on them they are fake
They didn’t even refund my money not even responded my call . I said if you guys are fake please let me know i will leave the money and not disturb you I’m in need thats why I transferred you the amount please don’t play with anyone person will be in need of money than only he will apply but still they cheated they are fake persons
