We have placed an order on grabsap to purchase some products and payment made by Credit card as on 11/03/204. but still we have not received this shipment. kindly do the needful. also nobody is picking the phone.

We have placed an order on grabasap.in tp purchase 2 products & payments done by credit card (18/4/14. I have a message of deduct amount. But till i have not received any confirmation regarding shipment. Kindly do the needful….
pl refund my amount or send the product ASAP…
