In Jan 2022, I purchased a Sheraton Holiday Package (Executive Package Form No. 19970202) for ₹94,000 (5-year membership). So far: • Promised vouchers never issued • Booking attempts unsuccessful • Customer support delayed or unhelpful Despite numerous emails, the issue remains unresolved. I received a reply on 26 Nov 2025 asking me to contact a relationship manager at a number that is never reachable. I hope the team at Grand Sheraton India reviews this and provides a fair resolution. Documentation available if required.
