I had just bought a course, but they stated we had to buy another course to activate it before we could get a refund. They also indicated that the Rs 400 I had paid upfront is not refundable unless we activate it.
I paid an additional Rs 400, but they have not responded to my calls or emails.
They made it sound like a really nice website, but after reading these evaluations, I understand I was seriously mistaken.
This business is completely unaware of how difficult it is for a middle-class family to pay 800.
If my issue is not resolved, I must take more action.
