With reference of above subject i want to escalate this issue, as i am facing this issue since last 2 month, every morning my internet connection is got disconnected and i have to raise request to customer care and they resolve ticket but issue is still there.
I never get any fix solution for this , it is really very much disappointing fr me, and this is totally unacceptable .
As i describe i ma facing this issue since last 5 moth, i took 10 MBPS plan but i get speed max speed is 2mbps since when i took connection. this is completely cheating happen with me. i am really very much frustrated and disappointed with this behavior.
Today i tried to talk to your Nodal officer , i tried number many time but not get any satisfactory answer from any of your customer care representative.
If this same behavior will continue in future then i am really not not interested to raise more request and west my time on false hopes., i don’t want to continue my service with GTPL.
This is not professionalism and you are not taking your words and complete your promises with customer, i feel very bad service i got now a days.
