I am Bodapati R V V S N K V Prasad. I am taken loan 3 jan of amount 11000. I got cal from handy loan customer care on 9 Jan told to me if you paid 4620 now you will get 7 days extra time for payment. Then i paid the amount of 4620 and handy loan customer care told me payment not yet received.i told him my payment was done i got successful msg please check and he checked and cal me your payment was held at payment gateway you will get money within three days. Then i paid again 1400,1400,1400 and 420 on that night and i was send all transactions list.i got cal from. Handy loan customer care next mng why you are not paid amount still now. I am confused and told to her i paid the amount yesterday two times and send all receipts to your customer care she checked and told to me your payment was held at gateway it will be returned to your within three days. Pay the amount now then i paid the amount again and it was successful.but i didn’t get my money of amount 4620,1400,1400,1400 and 420 still now. I send mail in handy loan with all details of UPI references but they are not responding.how can i get my money back. And i they harrassing every time before due date of repayment and cal every half an hour and talking very harrassing language same like lend nall,
