Hi. This is Hashim Shaik. Am writing this complaint on behalf of Handy Loan App. This app provides loan. I have taken loan thrice from this, and have done my repayment before the end date. After completely repaying the amount, am getting calls to repay again and a person texted me on my WhatsApp and used abusive language. This is his number +639696201337. He’s saying there’s still a pending transaction by showing some fake screenshot. He’s saying he will post my photo to my relatives and all saying that am fraud. I have proofs that I had repaid all the loans before the due date. And this guy is speaking so rude and vulger about me and threatening me harshly. TBH i have repaid all the dues in HANDY LOAN APP, and it’s showing successfully paid. But still this unknown guy is threatening me in a wrong way. Please I need help to get this issue solved.
