Worst disappointment, that I have ordered butter knit pullover for COD , parcel came.through Ekart and payment done .once opened. It was shocked that they have cheated me with a used mens wear pant ,which was in bad condition..suck a trap and forgery act..there is not customer care service , no return policy , not able to reach them..this is not the first complaint I belive on this website
