Taken Hathway digital TV connection for 2 TVs at home through Mr Jaikumar (+919902794449) from SGR Solutions, No 234, 4th Main 6th Cross, Srinivasnagar, Bangalore-560050 around 6 months back with 1 year subscription with full payment of Rs6820 by online NEFT transfer to his account. Initially for 2 months service was good and off late fromFeb 2019 onwards Jaikumar is not responsive for any calls or messages or what’s app. Post the new rule from Govt, we are suppose to give the filled in application form which he gave in Feb 2019 and he never collected it back nor he comes to visit us or responds to calls or mails or SMS. Every time he gives one time slot to visit and never visits. After following up for 30 days, now we have asked him to disconnect the cable connection itself because from 24th mar 2019 onwards no TV channels are coming. For that also he is not responding even though he said will disconnect and refund! initially he picked the calls and later he doesn’t even receive the calls! We are simply making payment for no service and poor customer support. Need help to get this resolved immediately and make the balance payment. I haven’t seen this kind of poor service anywhere. This is not only ignorance but also mental harassment to customer more than a month! My customer nos are 1158286028 and 1158285848.
