I had ordered a green colour 5 piece dress. The seller had promised 15 days return incase of any issue now not responding. The dress is delivered in bad condition almost torned manner. It looks very old and torn and also it’s not as per the promises delivered. I kindly request for a refund of 2150 that i have paid on this dress. The design of the dress is already unwinding the thread and the stitches are already getting removed. The coat of the dress is torn in the hand underarm region. They had told it’s XL size with stitched blouse bt the blouse comes unstitched and the material given to get the blouse stitched is less than 80cm.Its likes pieces given to get it stitched together
Kindly help me to receive my refund.
