I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Mr. Abhishek Rawat, currently employed with [HCL / Infosys – Honda Cars India Limited], regarding repeated instances of financial misconduct and behavior that has negatively affected the professional environment of our workplace.
Mr. Rawat has been approaching multiple employees across departments to borrow money under the pretext of urgent personal needs, repeatedly promising to return the amount within a week. However, in most cases, he has failed to return the borrowed amounts within the agreed timeframe, and in some instances, has not returned the money at all. Despite several follow-ups, he continues to make excuses and delay repayments.
This repeated behavior has created discomfort, mistrust, and an unhealthy atmosphere in the workplace. Many employees have expressed frustration, anxiety, and unease due to his actions, which directly impacts team morale and the overall working culture.
We believe that such actions are not only unethical but also violate the standards of professional conduct expected from an employee of a reputed organization.
I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure a safe and respectful work environment for all employees.
