HDFC CREDIT CARD – Charging premium of policy which is not received

Dear Sir/ Madam pliz check out how many time I had talk with HDFC CREDIT CARD executives from
28 march to 17th june for below issue

My Name is Pradip Padhye. My Credit card number is 5228520000009615 on dated 26/03/2014 I had
purchase HDFC Ergo Mediclaim Policy from your on of Executive name manali at the time of
purchase your executive told me that premium amount Rs 5000 of policy will be converted into
12EMI ande i will receive document of policy before 7Th April. After that period number of
time i had Talk with your customer executive as that amount is not being converted into EMI
nor I got the document of the same policy.

Within my bill whole amount being charged to me .Same request of EMI conversion This issue i
Had discussed with your executive datewise and namely

3) 21 April Vishal

4) 22April Ketan

5) 23April Madhuri and Madhushree

6) 25April Vishal

7) 29th April Dhiraj

8) 29th April Pooja

9)29th April Jyonitha

12) 16th maySwati and many more

13) 17th june Vibhu, Jasmine, Arunkumar and Suraj

Your superior Madhushree is reluctant to solve the problem.She is giving me only assurance.

For the month of April 6500 Was billing amount at Me . within this amount 5000 Rs is share of
Policy premium which is not being converted into EMI by you . 11th April was due date of my
credit card same issue I was in touch with Your company senior Madhushrre and Pooja they had
assured me that issue will be resolved before 6th April so that i dont need to pay Rs 6500.

After continuous follow up your executive were unable to solve my problem. Over the top
charging me penalty and the interest for it.

As I do not receive documents of policy I don’t get tax benefit due to non submission of
documents i suffer loss of Rs1500. and more than Rs. 1000 on my mobile to call them again and
again

As on today date 17/06/2014 i have not received document of the same policy and I called them
for policy cancellation before 10 days but still this is not yet cancelled and the recovery
executives are visiting at my home and at a workplace and its a nothing but the mental and
physical harassmant for me, it also affecting my social image and my creditworthyness.

many many time I had tried to talk with anand and madhushree but are not receiving my call.
Everytime the executives lied with me regarding transferring call to the seniors with whom I
already discussed that issue. I have all the call records along with my mobile bill records.

Now it is not bearable for me so please guide me on the above matter.
