My Self Y NAVEEN KUMAR neither authorized nor participated in the above transaction nor given any conformation or nod to go ahead , but vertical ventures pvt ltd has deducted an amount of 7999/- Rs from my credit card .
Vertical ventures Pvt ltd bluffed me by saying you will get 30% discount on your credit card transaction and luring me to fall in their fraud net . I have not accepted any of their condition’s still they were able to deduct the said amount from my credit card .
Pl.cancel my transaction and return back my amount to my credit card .

After renewal of my credit card I got a call too from HDFC Delhi from some Malhotra saying that I have so and so benefits on my credit card as I was their “chosen customer” due to “my good record with the bank.” He wasted my half hour telling me about the benefits and then at the end said about 7999 being deducted. I straight away denied that and warned him about deducting anything. He was persistent and next day some Mishra called and started the same thing. After talking sternly they backed off.
So much for being a “chosen customer” : )
Take this written matter and go to your nearest police station and give written complaint against this fraud company. Of if you call at 100 number. The complaint will be taken and they will take action against this company. As complaint at 100 number mandatory to be closed. The way you have taken by approaching HDFC, I dont think they will resolve this. Best way is to dial 100 and get your money back.
