I am a doctor by profession. I ordered few medicines through Health mug. Part of the order I received was in bad condition. The tablets of Baidyanath pharmacy had fungus over it. I have sent them the photographs of the medicines also. I humbly requested Health mug to refund my money as these medicines cannot be administered to patients. They do not answer the call and now they have stopped responding to my mails. I have also told them if they are bought from Baidyanath you can return it to them but they are not ready to speak on the issue.
