I ordered dress from heer collective after I saw some ad in insta page. They asked me if I’m intersted. I asked for details like where company is located so they told me they are in surat. I asked if the dress is cotton material they said yes. Hand work also was said yes to. This was on Wednesday morning. I ordered. They said it will take nearly a week. So I made it a cod deliberately because I knew ppl dupe via this mode. I was trying to be a cautious. All msgsing happened in chats. One lady made a call to me and asked if I have ordered. They said they will send in soon. She must be very young by voice. I dnt think she told me her name but here collective was mentioned. They have given me a very cheap product. Took 1795 rs as well and gave some very disgusting material. I hope my issue can be resolved. I need my refund from them. I dnt want others to be duped.
