Since then, I have been diligently attempting to contact the company every day, but they have only informed me that they will refund the money after a 15-day period. However, the 15 days have passed, and they have neither returned my money nor responded to my calls or messages. This deceitful behavior on their part indicates that they are engaging in fraudulent business practices.
