Highland Beach Resort Goa – cheat of Rs 14000

RESORT IS GOOD BUT THERE EMPLOYEES ARE CHEATER SO PLEASE DON’T GO THERE THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO MENUS TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER SPECIALLY THERE RESECTION COUNTER MEMBER MR DIVAKER HE IS A MANGER OF THE RESORT AND HE CHEAT WITH US OF RS 14, 000 . WE TALKED TO HIS BOSS MR TONE DSOUZA HE IS (GM) OF THE RESORT BUT HE WAS ALSO HELPLESS. NO ROOM SERVICES. SO PLEASE DON’T GO IN RESORT WAST OF YOUR MONEY. MR DIVAKER HAVE A TEAM LIKE THIS FOR CHEAT WITH CUSTOMER. LIKE A BUS DRIVER GUIDE AND TRAVEL AGENT ETC… Mr Divaker he is the manger of the highland beach resort Goa we had ask him that we want a bus for Goa to Mumbai CST A/C bus he told us the rent will be 30, 000 we told him its OK. on 9/11/2013 morning we had asked him on the same day at evening he told us to give Rs 5000 for Maharashtra road tax he had given it to him. On the next day morning we have to checkout the hotel in morning 5 am Mr divaker ask us to pay the full pending amount to him in the front of his bus driver he had given pending amount to Mr, Divakker (manger of highland beach resort) . After crossing Goa boarder the bus driver Mr Avo told us you have change the bus because this bus will not go to Mumbai we told its ok no problem we started to change bus and we show the anther bus is non A/C he told we will not go in this bus the driver is telling if u want to go then go otherwise i don’t have any other bus i had already told to Mr Divaker that i don’t have any A/C bus. then we called Mr Divaker that this is not A/C bus we had paid you for A/C bus and we don’t want go in this bus.we had discussion around half n hours but we was getting late because we have train on same day at 10.35 pm from Mumbai CST (Central station ) for Ahmadabad so we decided to go in non A/C bus After done Discussion with Mr, Divaker that we are going in non A/C bus so please refund our money as per he know that we had booked non A/C bus in Rs 20, 000 he told us that sir you go i will give your refund asap after that our new bus driver told us that i had get only 16000 to drop u at Mumbai so please do something in this matter.. and please spared this mail to your all customer Thanking you Nikunj Shukla 9879000630
