On May 15th, we made reservations for a trip to Goa that was scheduled to take place on May 20th and 21st. On May 18, 2023, they decided to cancel the trip. They promised to refund our money after 48 hours. After 48 hours, when we called, they said they needed more time and that they would refund our money on May 22. Both calling and texting them were attempts, but there has been no response from them.
