I would like inform you that, In State Government of Kerala Lottery Agent Karunya Agency, Mr.Sangeet Raj, I send the Money through Postal Service. Money Order, sending Date:20-12-2019. Rs.1600/-(Sixteen Hundred only). for purchases Lottery Ticket Xmas New Year BR 71. I send through his postal Address: Mini Trida. Medical College, Trivandrum-695011. Kerala. But neither he sent ticket and nor refund my amount, I got postal MO Received Slip. I have seen many complain against Sangeet Raj in Kerala Director of lottery’s and Government is not taken action him.
