We have paid the initial payment for HOMELANE, after which due to personal issues we couldn’t proceed. When we are trying to get the refund of initial payment 45000, they simply say it’s not possible.
When there is a genuine reason to drop, why are they so adamant and not concerned about customer’s issues. They should be considerate.
