I HAVE PURCHASED THE BOSE EAR PHONES PAYING 5999/- IN ADVANCE VIDE ORDER NO 1589 DATED 05/04/2022 WICH HAS NOT BEEN RECIVED TILL DATE. WHEN EVER I CALL ON THERE OFFICIAL NUMBER IT GETS DISCONNECTED AUTOMATICALY. THEY HAVE VERY CALOUS ATTITUDE AND DO NOT FEEL LIKE EVEN REFUNDING THE AMOUNT IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO HONOR THE ODER. SOME COMPLAINT MUST BE FILED AT CONSUMER COURT LEVEL AGAINST THEM.
