I have ordered Bose QC35 Headphones from the Home store 18 on 28 April 2022.
I just got the mail that Blue dart courier booked but not processed further.
I am trying to connect Home store 18 but they are not receving the calls and also mail is getting bounced back.
There is no other way then the police official to connect to them by tracking phones or office location.
Government should have taken the strict action against the such agencies to avoid the big frauds.
I just want my money back and some action should be taken for customer inconvinience.
Also all the agencis should have validated by the government officials for the safety purpose.
