Basis the advertisement given on Face Book, have booked a product for Rs. 248 on 1st Oct 2022. Though the amount got successfully debited, the transaction status showed as Failed on the vendor website and till date no trace of the product delivery, neither the amount is refunded to me.
From the details it looks like, it a fake website to lure people to buy items at discounted rates and then gobble their money.
Please initiate strict action against the vendor, cancel their website and arrange to refund all buyer’s money.
