I have applied for 3 br apartment in homestead township, sector 25 sohan road gurgaon, in the pre launch project advertised by homestead infrastructure developement private limited, plot no 15, second floor, sector 44, gurgaon haryana, in the year. 2014 and have paid rs 14.30 lakh as an advancement. I was told that liscense is underissuance & construction shall. Start soon. But for last one year, there is no response from the firm
. I have come to know that shri dinesh gupta, m d has sold the homestead to firm meera baba group, www.mbgbinfra.com, whose mr dinesh gupta is m d, his cell no is [protected], address is plot no a1, netaji shubash place districtcenter, pitampura, delhi 34.
Kindly help me as i am an old men, can not go out or in court to get my money back
