I ordered and paid for the Bose Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones for 6K and It’s more than a month now. The order is still reflected as Processing. There is no contact number and the emails are not answered. This is a Fraud website that is just collecting money. I placed another order for the same prodcut but with Cash on Delivery. the courier brought it within 3 days. But I insisted on opening and checking the box since It felt too light. The person refused to hand the parcel until I made the Payment. So, I just refused the item.. Last year a friend ordered something for 8K from this same website and he paid on Delivery. when he opened the box, there was a toy mobile phone not worth even Rs.80 for which he paid 8000. And there was no answer to his email either. Problem is he told me after I had completed my purchase. So spread the word – HomeStore18 is a fake and fraud website. I even tried to register an e-FIR. But could not.
