Honeywell – False product specs – Honeywell USB to RJ45 does not support Wake On LAN

I bought a Honeywell USB to RJ45 adapter. The company page says it supports wake on LAN.
When I tested it I found that it does not support wake on LAN at all.
The required options are not available under device properties under Windows 10/11.
My computer BIOS fully supports wake from Sleep state. So they should have been there.

When I contacted the service center, they refused any support stating that they do not provide support on such accessories.
This is very bad. I will not buy any Honeywell products going forward

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Honeywell.
