I have placed an order on March 4, 2016 with your site for four (4) boys shorts.
Three (3) of them are for size 2-3 years.
One (1) of them is of size 3-4 years.

I have received a packet with below details:
Three (3) of them are for size 18M to 24 M i.e. 1.5-2 years. (Which are ordered for 2-3 years)
One (1) of them is of size 24M-36M i.e. 2-3 years. (Which was ordered for 3-4 years)

I have placed a return request on your customer care number.
I have explained him many a time about what I got and what I received.

He assured me and return pick up arranged and now I got a mail with below updated order at my end:
Two (2) of them are for size 2-3 years.
One (1) of them is of size 1-1.5 years. (I have never asked for this size. I have asked for 2-3 years only)
One (1) of them is of size 3-4 years.

Later I received a packet with below shit:
Two (2) of them are for size 18M to 24 M i.e. 1.5-2 years. (Which are ordered for 2-3 years)
One (1) of them are for size 9M to 12M i.e. less than 1 year. (Which are ordered for 2-3 years)
One (1) of them is of size 24M-36M i.e. 2-3 years. (Which was ordered for 3-4 years)

Then there customer service told me that they can’t ship the correct product and refund is initiated.
Now they have deducted the Rs. 100 in name of shipment from the paid amount without any notification to customer.
