Wrong Sized product delivered
Hopscotch have delivered a wrong sized product. It is clearly written in bill that the order is for 12-18 months, but you have delivered 9-12 months..
Hence I have raised the return request, but till the time I’m waiting for the response to take the product and replace it. Now it’s almost 2 weeks over but no one has taken the product back.

It seems that I had done a mistake to buy product from the site. Now I need the money back for this order, I don’t want to buy a single thing from you, such a poor service. This is the worst experience from Hopscotch.

Do the needful at the earliest to return back my money or else I will take you to the public and consumer forum.
