I have ordered a product from hopscotch.in with order id 1126791133 Placed on 26 Nov, 2015, the product was supposed to be delivered by 02 Dec, 2015. Till date 25 jan i havent received the product and i was contacting customer care people from 10th dec 2015 and every time they used say due flood your product got damaged, we will check and deliver the product or refund . Till now i havent received neither my product nor refund.
