I made an online transaction with Laptop Store (hotpcstore.com) as was advertised in facebook. I had chosen to pay using ICICI Credit card powered by VISA in Rupees but I was charged in CNY. The amount I chose to pay is Rs.8335.03 but I received a statement that shows I was charged Rs.10315.24. However, I paid to purchase a laptop of Acer2-in-1. The transaction was made on 5th Oct’17.Yesterday, I received the product. I was sent a “fake” Ray-Ban that sells in the market for Rs.100. Please arrange to get this money refunded.
I complained to ICICI bank for refund. But it tells me to claim refund from the seller. This is really unfortunate. The organization did not provide any email id for claiming refund.
