From last 13 days neither the order placed on shopforaurelia website is processed, now after several attempts to cancel the order on account of not shipping it from their side, they are taking forever to find out root cause of the problem. They are not understanding that they can resolve their internal/process issues in parallel to cancelling my order and processing the refund. Its cheating, financial fraud, you are promoting sale then thousands of customers and Alia’s fan are ordering on your website and now you are neither shipping the products and nor even processing the refund. Whats there to find out about technical glitch, its obviously a petty excuse by such a well-known company.
The whole TCNS clothing company their board of directors and customer care department should be held responsible for making me go through this mental stress of following it up with them. I could not buy clothes from somewhere else also as my money is stuck with them. They have spoiled my online shopping experience.

I am too sure they are just auto replaying to my emails without reading them and forwarding it to any concerned person.
Everytime from last 8 days they are asking for more time, it a simple process of cancelling the order and initiating the refund but they are just not interested in simply processing it.
