Sir/Madam

I had already buy 2 same tv units from this website and i want to cancel those 2 orders and buy new 2 tv units from their websites and i already read cancelation policy from there website i m canceling the order within 24 hours but no body is giving response through email or telephonically and i had wasted my 50 rupees in calling since 1-2 hours…but still nobody had called me from there customer service department.
