Good morning, as we are facing lot of problem with a company called as HOUSE FULL which is an online furniture company.
We have ordered an table with them on ,but the table was damaged and we inform the company.As per there wording we ordered another table in replace of the old one but this time on a higher price. Even then when we got our merchandise of the table it was in very bad condition as if it was an old table. This table was design was a 5 piece ,but non off the piece was of the same shape and dimension. The polish of the table was off fully bad it seems like we order for a 2hand table. When spoke with HOUSE FULL the people said OK we will see into the matter and will get back to you, but nothing happens. Now form few days they said we will be giving your money back, for the matter of fact we have a mail stating the same for the refund. Spoke to at least 5 different people since 3 days. On the 17th of may 2016 said we will be getting our money in 24 hours then spoke to them again on the 18th said sir you will be getting it by today but nothing happens even then. Now that today 19th may 2016 spoke to miss neha and she said sir need we need to look into the matter as per her they will pay us later first they will pick up there merchandise then will pay us later in some where around 10 to 15 day. We will be reality great full if you guys can help us as it been more than 2 months and people form HOUSE FULL are making a fool out of us.
