Hey my name is harpreet singh… I order a pair of shoes from instagram dealer …on 10 jan 2017…. He gave me his whatsapp no for chatting ….. I paid his payment thru paytm to his bank account no …. He thn told me that he didnt get any money in his bank account … Bt i argued wid him that i have sent the payment n i hve paytm transection id also .. Thn he said to give him screenshot of the payment … I gave that aslo ….bt two days he didnt reply me n today he blocked me …plz help me to get my money back which is 3300. … N punish that fraud person …
