I purchased one denim jeans from the Denim Define website (https:// denimdefine.com/) and made a payment of INR 745. However, upon receiving the products, I was shocked to find that one of the jeans was used, without any tags, and clearly not in new condition as advertised on their website.

I immediately attempted to reach out to the provided email address ([email protected]) for assistance with returning the product. However, to my dismay, the email bounced back, indicating that the email address provided by Denim Define for customer support is fake. This has left me feeling utterly scammed and frustrated.

I believe that this situation constitutes eve that this situation constitutes a clear case of fraudulent business practices on the part of Denim Define. Not only did they sell me a defective product, but they also provided false information for returning it, making it impossible for me to seek redress for the issue.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that appropriate action is taken against Denim Define to prevent them from engaging in similar deceitful practices in the future. I am seeking a full refund of the amount I paid for the defective product, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment cause.
