Items not delivery or any status message received; No response from their email [email protected]> via shopifyemail.com either; After doing a google search found a Customer care # 9065778170 & on link page – https:// www.click.in/gurgaon/shirtworldhub-myshopify-com-c-u-s-t-o-m-e-r-care-number-c175-v48558557
Tried calling and they say that my order was stuck and cannot be retrieved and hence money cannot be refunded thru the same mode as payment was done. Asked for my bank details.
Please note that this merchant looks suspicious and is still operating thru shopify payment gateway services. Additionally they say they I have to re-order for the items. They have another mobile # 928903467 thru which they are trying to access my account thru SMS.
